A, audio-video publishing units or other units in the introduction of audio products abroad, should be in the contract as to the authorization of the copyright owner of the music works with the authorizing party the payment to make clear agreement.
Two, where in the contract agreed to by the licensee (including audio-visual publishing units or other units) to the recording products overseas in the lyrics copyright owners pay songwriter copyright owner is China Music Copyright Association member, or songwriter copyright person belongs to the collective management association and the China Music Copyright Association signed a mutual agency agreement, the licensee should be used in payment for the Music Copyright Society of china. Songwriter copyright owner does not belong to the scope of China Music Copyright Association management, the Licensee shall directly to the songwriter copyright owner paid or entrust the organization for collective administration of copyright agent to pay.
Three, the introduction of standards of remuneration according to the State Copyright Bureau issued a "sound recording statutory licence payment standard Interim Provisions" and "on the sound recording statutory licence payment standard interim provisions of the supplementary notice" in the provisions of the standard payment.
Please the local copyright bureau shall forward this notice to local audio-visual publishing units, and carefully check the implementation.
